Standard domestic delivery typically takes approximately 3–7 business days after processing, depending on the selected carrier, shipping method, and destination.
Tracking information is provided by email when available.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Processing time refers to the time needed to prepare, verify, pack, and hand your order to the shipping carrier. Delivery time begins after the order has been shipped.
During high-volume periods, promotional events, Ramadan, Eid seasons, holidays, product launches, or unexpected operational delays, processing times may be longer than usual.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.
2. Shipping Rates and Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Shipping rates may vary based on:

Any free shipping offer, discounted shipping rate, or promotional shipping campaign is subject to the terms displayed at the time of purchase.

For domestic orders, standard shipping commonly takes approximately 3–7 business days after processing, depending on the carrier and destination.
Expedited shipping may be available at checkout. If expedited shipping is selected, please note that expedited delivery time usually begins after order processing is complete.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless specifically guaranteed by the carrier or clearly stated at checkout.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.
If your tracking number does not show movement immediately after shipment, this does not always mean the package is lost. Carrier tracking systems may take time to update.
Customers are encouraged to monitor tracking updates directly through the carrier’s website.
6. Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Please carefully review your shipping address before placing your order, including:

- Street address
- Apartment, suite, or unit number
- City
- State or province
- ZIP or postal code
- Country
- Phone number, if required by the carrier
Alia Hijabs is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned packages, or lost packages caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping address provided by the customer.

We will do our best to update the address before the order ships. However, address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed, packed, or handed to the carrier.
7. Returned Packages Due to Address Issues
If a package is returned to Alia Hijabs due to an incorrect address, incomplete address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, unpaid customs fees, or failure to pick up the package, we may contact you to arrange reshipment when possible.
Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return was caused by an error on our part.
If the customer does not respond within a reasonable time, the order may be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
8. Lost, Stolen, Delayed, or Delivered Packages
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, the carrier is responsible for transporting and delivering the package.
If your package appears delayed, lost, stolen, or marked as delivered but not received, please first check:

- Your mailbox
- Your front door or delivery area
- Package lockers
- Mailroom or front desk
- Neighbors or household members
- Local post office or carrier facility

We will do our best to assist you with reviewing tracking details and next steps. However, Alia Hijabs cannot guarantee replacement or refund for packages marked as delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout.
9. Packages Marked as Delivered
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier as soon as possible.
Carriers may sometimes mark packages as delivered before final delivery is completed. In some cases, packages may arrive within the next business day.
Please also check surrounding delivery areas, mailrooms, parcel lockers, neighbors, and household members.
Alia Hijabs is not responsible for packages marked as delivered to the address provided at checkout, but we will do our best to help you review the situation.
10. Damaged Packages During Shipping
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged package
- Photos of the damaged product, if applicable
- Photos of the shipping label, if available
- A brief explanation of the issue
This information helps us review the issue and, when applicable, assist with a carrier claim or replacement review.
Damage claims submitted without photos or after the stated timeframe may be harder to process.
11. Missing or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives with a missing item or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the items received
- Photos of the packing slip or packaging, if available
If the mistake was caused by Alia Hijabs, we will work to correct the issue as quickly as possible.
12. International Shipping
International shipping may be available only when shown at checkout.
If international shipping is not available for your location, the website may not provide an international shipping option during checkout.
International shipping costs, available shipping methods, and estimated delivery options are displayed at checkout when applicable.
International delivery times vary depending on the destination country, carrier, customs processing, and local delivery services.
Alia Hijabs is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, import inspections, border regulations, unpaid customs charges, or local delivery disruptions outside of our control.
13. Customs, Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, tariffs, or other charges required by their country.
These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated at checkout.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered can be legally imported into their country.
Alia Hijabs is not responsible for packages delayed, denied, confiscated, returned, or charged additional fees due to customs rules, import restrictions, unpaid fees, or local regulations.
If an international package is refused, abandoned, or returned due to unpaid customs fees or import restrictions, original shipping fees may not be refundable.
14. Pre-Orders and Backordered Items
If an item is listed as a pre-order or backordered item, the estimated shipping timeframe will be stated on the product page, checkout page, or order communication when possible.
Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may ship together or separately depending on inventory availability and fulfillment requirements.
If there is a significant delay with a pre-order or backordered item, we will do our best to notify you.
15. Split Shipments
Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product availability, warehouse location, package size, or fulfillment requirements.
If your order ships in multiple packages, you may receive more than one tracking number.
You are not charged additional shipping fees for split shipments unless clearly stated at checkout.
16. Order Changes and Cancellations
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request an order change or cancellation.
We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped.
Once an order has shipped, it must follow our standard return or exchange process, if eligible.

17. Refused Deliveries
If a customer refuses delivery of a package, any original shipping fees, return shipping costs, carrier fees, customs fees, or related charges may be deducted from any eligible refund.
Refused packages are not considered canceled orders.
If a refused package is returned to us, it may be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
18. Holiday and Peak Season Shipping
During busy seasons, including Ramadan, Eid, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, end-of-year holidays, product launches, promotional events, or other high-volume periods, processing and delivery times may be longer than usual.
We recommend placing orders early during peak seasons to allow enough time for processing and carrier delivery.
Alia Hijabs is not responsible for carrier delays that occur during peak shipping periods, but we will do our best to assist customers with available tracking information.
19. Shipping Restrictions
Some products, destinations, or shipping methods may be unavailable depending on carrier restrictions, fulfillment limitations, local regulations, or destination requirements.
If we are unable to ship your order to the address provided, we will contact you to discuss available options.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if shipping cannot be completed to the provided destination.
20. Digital Products, If Applicable
If Alia Hijabs offers digital products in the future, such as downloadable guides, styling resources, digital look-books, or other digital content, those items will not be physically shipped.
Digital product access or download instructions will be provided electronically by email or through the website after purchase, when applicable.
