1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.


2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates will be provided once your order has been confirmed.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is [3-5] business days.

3. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information, allowing you to track your package in real-time.


4. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently do/do not offer international shipping. If international shipping is available, additional charges and delivery times may apply.


5. SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


6. DELAYS

ALIA HIJABS is not responsible for any unforeseen delays beyond our control, including but not limited to weather-related delays, customs delays, or carrier delays.


7. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

ALIA HIJABS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the carrier confirms delivery, the responsibility is transferred to the customer. Please ensure the delivery location is secure.


8. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

Alia Hijabs is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


9. RETURNS DUE TO SHIPPING ISSUES

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or if the customer fails to pick up the package, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item.
