Returns

Our commitment is to provide you with quality products, and we understand that sometimes a return is necessary. Please review our updated return policy to ensure compliance with the latest laws and regulations.

30-Day Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition, including the original packaging. Some items are exempt from return, including perishable goods (such as food), intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items include gift cards, downloadable software products, and certain health and personal care items.

Proof of Purchase: To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted in specific situations, such as for items with obvious signs of use, opened CD/DVDs, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records, or items not in their original condition for reasons not due to our error. Returns made more than 30 days after delivery may also result in only partial refunds.

Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund, please check your bank account. Contact your credit card company and bank as there may be processing delays. If issues persist, reach out to us at support@aliahijabs.com.

Sale Items: Regular-priced items are eligible for a refund, but unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item, please email us at support@aliahijabs.com and send the item to:

Gift Returns: If the item was marked as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn't marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Shipping: To return your product, mail it to: 40 PALATINE APT #306 IRVINE, CA 92612. You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs, and these costs are non-refundable. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
